Herba Artemisia vulgaris (lat.) is described by Abbess Hildegard of Bingen in her natural history book. It is used as a spice (for meat and vegetables) in good Hildegard cuisine.
With our tasty mugwort puree you can quickly refine meat or noodles, as well as vegetables, rice, sauces and salads.
Simply add 1 tbsp to each dish.
Mugwort is the ideal spice for gastric and intestinal sensitivity, heartburn, … (refer to the large Hildegard pharmacy / Dr Hertzka). The essential oils and bitter substances contained in this aromatic herb stimulate the function of the liver.
