Possible uses of chestnut flour
Chestnut flour is ideal as a base-forming ingredient. The fine flour is rich in micronutrients and convinces with its fine, slightly sweet chestnut taste. Our organic chestnut flour is suitable for baking bread, rolls, cakes and other bakery products. It also tastes good:
- in cereal
- in sweet dishes and desserts
- in protein and milk shakes
- in smoothie
Due to the lack of gluten, the chestnut flour can only be to baked in a mixture with other flour. For this reason, up to approx. 20% of the conventional flour can be replaced.
